My name is Klaus Deite and photography is my passion. Having done mostly wildlife and nature photography I gradually entered also into the field of event and model photography by requests of my friends. More and more requests finally made me set up my own studio. Now passion turned into a passionate business. My visual motivation is derived from the environment around me, ever adapting my photographic style and approach to best suit the locale. my interest lie within mainly creative & contemporary photography, stretching to fashion, landscape, surrealist, reportage and staged photography. Drawing from my interest in motion pictures and with an experimental approach to photography lighting, my photography of people has been described as vivid, emotive, and often dramatic. Commercially, my work has been appraised both locally and internationally, following several exhibitions in London, Bristol and Nairobi. I have worked with an assortment of clients such as, Arts Council, Soul Motive Records, D-Style Records, FOO Magazine, Super Super Magazine, Clifton Photographic Company, Fud Clothing, DV 8 Magazine and many more. |
