It is not uncommon for Models to be victims. Therefore it is extremely important to be cautious about contacts which you don't know

Safety Procedures for Models
1. Never accept money for whatever reason unless you received a professional contract. If it is not a known agency do not accept money
2. Only deal with contacts which have their own professional websites & offices
3. Contact at least 3 other models by phone which have worked with this contact.
4. Do not travel to foreign countries unless you are dealing with an established model agency
5. Let them provide you with office address, phone number, copy of ID and see if these match
6. Never send nude photos if you expect a serious contract. Don't deal with contacts that require nude photos
7. If you are a minor under 18 years old you should always have your parents with you at your assignments & castings. If you are older you should have a friend escorting you.
